MSquared AI LLC ("MSquared," "we") is a Texas limited liability company. Contact: matt@msquaredai.com.

The services

We design, build, and run AI systems for owner-led businesses. All client work is performed under a written engagement letter that defines scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines, signed before work begins. Nothing on this website is a binding offer; engagements begin only when both parties sign.

Fees and payment

Engagements are fixed-price, agreed in writing before we start. Invoices are payable per the engagement letter, typically a portion on signing and the balance on delivery, by bank transfer (ACH or wire) or card. AI usage costs incurred on your behalf are metered and disclosed.

Cancellations and refunds

Either party may cancel a scheduled engagement before the work begins; fees paid for work not performed are refunded. Refund terms for a specific engagement are stated in its engagement letter.

Confidentiality and ownership

Client information is held in confidence and used only to deliver the engagement. On payment in full, deliverables belong to the client; MSquared retains its pre-existing and generic tools, methods, and know-how.

No guarantees; limitation of liability

We build carefully and describe results honestly, but business outcomes depend on factors beyond any vendor's control, and we do not guarantee specific results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MSquared's total liability arising out of any engagement is capped at the fees paid for that engagement, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

Texas law governs these terms and, unless an engagement letter says otherwise, our engagements.
