What we collect, and what we do with it.

Short and plain, because that's how we run everything. If you fill in a form on this site, here's exactly what happens to it. No dark patterns, no fine print that says the opposite of the headline.

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms — the free readiness check or the Audit Day request:

• Your name
• Your work email
• Your company (and your role or title, if you add it)
• Your phone number, only if you choose to give it on the Audit Day form
• The pain points you describe — the things you'd want AI to fix or take off your plate

We don't ask for anything sensitive, and we don't buy or append data about you from third parties to fill in gaps.

Why we collect it, and how we use it

What we don't do

• We never sell or rent your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
• We don't share it beyond the tools we use to run our own business (for example, our CRM and email), and only to do the thing you contacted us for.
• We don't track you across the web. Our site analytics are cookieless and aggregate — we can see how many people visited a page, not who you are.

Analytics & cookies

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand which pages work — counts and trends, in aggregate. No cookies are set, no cross-site tracking, no personal profiles. That's why you won't see a cookie banner: there's nothing to consent to.

How long we keep it

For as long as we're in contact or working together, plus a reasonable window after for our records. Ask us to delete your details and we will, unless we're required to keep them.
