What we collect, plainly.

Last updated July 5, 2026. The short version: this site collects nothing about you unless you send us a form, we don't run trackers, and we never sell information.

What this site collects

Nothing automatically. This site runs no JavaScript, sets no cookies, and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider (Netlify) keeps standard server logs (IP address, request time) for security and operations.

What you send us

If you submit the assessment form, we receive what you typed: name, email, company, and your answers. We use it to respond to your inquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the engagement. Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify Forms and delivered to our email.

What we don't do

We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing. We don't add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.

Payments

If you pay us by card or bank transfer, payment processing is handled by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy governs that processing.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry and client records as long as needed for the relationship and our legal obligations. Want your inquiry data deleted? Email matt@msquaredai.com and we'll confirm when it's done.
