Short and plain, because that's how we run everything. If you fill in a form on this site, here's exactly what happens to it. No dark patterns, no fine print that says the opposite of the headline.
Only what you type into our forms — the free readiness check or the Audit Day request:
We don't ask for anything sensitive, and we don't buy or append data about you from third parties to fill in gaps.
One purpose: so a real person — Martin or Matt — can come back to you about the AI Audit Day or a readiness check. We use your details to reply, to prepare for a conversation, and, if you book, to schedule and run the day.
You get a human reply, not a drip sequence. We won't add you to a marketing automation you didn't ask for.
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand which pages work — counts and trends, in aggregate. No cookies are set, no cross-site tracking, no personal profiles. That's why you won't see a cookie banner: there's nothing to consent to.
For as long as we're in contact or working together, plus a reasonable window after for our records. Ask us to delete your details and we will, unless we're required to keep them.
Want to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted? Email us and we'll handle it — no hoops.
Questions about any of this, or a request about your data: hello@msquaredai.com. A person reads it.
