Operators first.
MSquared AI was founded by Matt Siemer and Martin Lew, operators with more than 55 years of combined P&L, sales, and company-building experience. Matt has been working in B2B sales for 25 years, contributing at the highest commercial levels across a long career. Martin has started, built, and run companies in energy and industrial markets for 30 years.
We have both been fully immersed in AI since mid-2024, some would say obsessed. Martin has been speaking on it since then, and Matt has been building business systems and GTM tools with it just as long. We follow the companies, the founders, the risks, and the security realities of enterprise environments, and we put that knowledge to work inside running businesses.
Most AI advice comes from people who have never run a P&L or shipped a system. We've done both. The small businesses and early stage companies we are working with are led by highly successful, capable people who know to rely on trusted experts in their lives and business. We aim to be that for AI.
