A working day with both founders, onsite (or full-day remote), on your real business and data. It does five jobs at once — audit, ideate, de-risk, build, forecast — and you leave with six concrete deliverables:
Every agent is built to our Production Agent Standard — provenance, audit trail, evals, cost metering, human-in-the-loop. The day converts to a Managed Retainer ($1.5–5K/mo) where we build the roadmap agents and run everything. Nothing is charged here — we send a secure payment link once we've talked and found your slot.
We run our own company on this — before we sell you a system, we built ours on it. The first six founding clients get the day at $5K (against $10–20K of value) for a named reference, a logo, and first access to our build calendar. When the six are filled, they're filled.
